Exterior Wall Now With 40 Year
Paint System
Our wall finishes utilize 26 gauge pre - painted,
embossed, laminated steel. Zincalume is standard for the interior wall and
customers choose their exterior color.
Panels are encased in 2" x 2"
, 14 gauge channel with mitered corners, welded together with a jig to
ensure uniformity. The bottom channel is hot - dipped galvanized for rust
resistance at ground level and holds panel insert 1/4" off the bottom
channel with weep holes every 24" to allow moisture to drain off the bottom
channel. All other channels are G90 galvanized.

& Fascia 40 Year Paint System
Our roof and wall panels are
coated with today's most sustainable energy efficient, UV resistant, and
high performance finishes.
- MDBarnmaster's SuperRib 26 gauge roof sheets offer a 36" net coverage.
- Fascia is all minimum 26 gauge 3.25" w x 5" h pre - painted steel.
- Trim is all minimum 26 gauge pre - painted steel.
